A test was done.  One guy was allowed to drink as much as he wanted
and drive - in a controlled environment. He approached a stop sign
at 40 MPH - and did not even slow down.  They stopped him after that.

Same test with Pot - they alowed another guy to smoke as much pot
as he wanted and then let him drive.  He carefully approached the
stop sign, stopping in front of it and waiting.  After 5 minutes - the
researcher asked him why he was stopped. He said he was waiting
for the stop sign to turn green.
